Mindful Yoga on Wednesday (in German)
A weekly class to find new energy after a stressful start to the week. We practice in a small group with mindful movement, breath focus, and clear structure. Suitable for beginners and returning students.
What to bring
Please bring comfortable clothing that lets you move freely. If you tend to sweat easily, a small towel is helpful. Mats are available at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own. There are two small changing areas on site.
Please note: the studio door closes promptly at 20:30. Plan enough time to arrive calmly.
